    Clark's original service station,(1931-1986) 2700 block of West Colorado Avenue, across the street from where the "Racing Unser's" lived.

    Lester Clark pulled a railroad tank car onto the old D&RG siding which had served Stockbridge's brewery (2731 West Colorado Avenue)and started pumping gas directly into trucks and cars. The whole Clark family was in the business, with 21 service stations across the state, all 54 years.
