2502-2504-2506 Colorado Avenue, in 1975, as the revitalization started.

The only business in the huge Templeton Building was the Natural Food store paying $150/month rent. The City of Colorado Springs leased 2504, revitalized the offices as a model, and it housed the Old Colorado City Development Company (which financed the small businesses on the avenue) and the West Colorado Springs Commercial Club (direct decendent of the original El Paso Claim Club of 1860), all of which led the revitalization effort.
