1888 Advertisements

Goldackers Barber Shop, Manitou Ave., 1887.
According to the Business Directories, George P. Goldacker had a barber shop at 119 Tejon (residence at 403 Cascade) in 1886. He moved it to 22 E. Huerfano (later Colorado Ave.) in 1887. He moved to Manitou Springs, and was located on Manitou avenue in 1888. In 1890, he had his shop in the Barker House Hotel, and by 1892 he had moved back to Colorado Springs, to 116 S. Tejon. (with residence at 17 N. Prospect)
