1892, Star Loan Office, 522 Colorado Avenue, (today's 2521 West Colorado Avenue)
Colorado City, Colorado. (in 1890s the Even Numbers were on the SOUTH side of
Colorado Avenue. Today they are on the north side.
Notice the plank boardwalk.
Star Loans is listed in the State Business Directory for 1892 as being at 522
Colorado Avenue and the proprietor is listed as Simon Krantz. (residence at
the same address) In 1894 it is listed as being at 514 1/2 Colorado. In. 1890
Star Loans is listed (without address).
The Parlor Barber Shop is listed at 520 1/2 Colorado. (1892 Directory) It is
not listed in 1890.
The 1894 Directory lists the All Right Restaurant at 520 Colorado. (Prop. Kee
Quong) It lists a Charlie Kee as living upstairs at 520 Colorado as well as
a On Quong (a waiter) The 1892 directory lists the All Right Restaurant as being
in the Argyle Block of Colorado City. (South Side of Colorado Avenue - 2603--2607
West Colorado today.)
