Proprietors of the Barber Shop at 516 Colorado Avenue.
The City Directory for 1894 lists a J. R. Gillaspie at 516 1/2 Colorado Avenue. (he roomed at on W. First between Lincoln and Colorado) The 1890 directory lists a John Gillespie (with an E) as being a laborer and living at 611 Colorado.
Notice the man peering from behind the tree appears to be one of the men (Simon Krantz?) from the photo of 522 Colorado.
